The maintenance challenge

Opteon’s Business System Life Cycle model acknowledges the real challenge: maintaining a system’s quality at a high level. Opteon focuses on making sure your system’s performance is at its peak throughout its entire life.

During setup the basic input from business requirements and regulatory aspects (GRC) is integrated in the initial ERP setup. After training and go live support, the system will be ready for operations. From then on, both internal and external triggers will require a continuous effort to keep the system up to date and to keep on maximizing the return on investment.

This Threon-owned web-based project management portal manages the execution and control of project management activities using a project life cycle approach supported by PM Best Practices. PMTalk provides all stakeholders with complete access to portfolios, programs & projects (PPP), leveraging all PM knowledge areas (scope, time, cost, risk, etc.) and related performance indicators. PMTalk reinforces strong communication and collaboration, and manages the flow of PPP related documents and objects.
