Opteon is combining its SAP offering with the PMI (Project Management Institute, www.pmi.org) implementation methodology. In order to provide their customers with full transparency while implementing SAP solutions, Opteon will develop specific project implementation life cycles, together with all the project management related tools, like scope management, risk and quality management, budget planning, actual earned value analysis, and project control. To assure this, Opteon is ensuring certification of their key project managers. This can be done with the Project Management Professional certification program from PMI. In a second fase Opteon will implement the life cycles using Threon’s PMTalk software suite.
